palestineconnect was established in 1999 to set up and fund the running costs of computer-aided learning centres in Palestinian refugee camps.

We are a small grass-roots charity. In the UK we rely exclusively on dedicated volunteers. This enables us to transfer almost all of the money we raise directly to where it is needed most.

We currently operate 3 centres in the Gaza Strip and employ 7 local Palestinians - all of them qualified educators.
Around 3,000 children and young adults benefit from these centres each and every year.
